Cancellation Policy

• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to family or friends. • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment ONE time only. • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours in advance will result in the deposit being forfeited. A NEW $100 DEPOSIT will be required to book a future appointment. Exceptions are made only for emergencies or pregnancy-related circumstances. • Please no extra guests, unless they are also receiving a tattoo. This helps maintain a comfortable and focused environment.
